..The Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Jeddah Holds a Farewell Ceremony for Consul General Mohammed Samir Al-Naqshbandi
The Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Jeddah held an official farewell ceremony for the Consul General and Permanent Representative of Iraq to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Samir Al-Naqshbandi, on the occasion of the conclusion of his diplomatic mission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The event was attended by the Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs branch in the Makkah Region, His Excellency Mr. Fareed bin Saad Al-Shahri, along with numerous consuls general, diplomats, prominent figures from the Saudi and Iraqi communities, cultural, artistic, and media personalities, and members of the Iraqi diaspora.
The ceremony was marked by a warm and cordial atmosphere, reflecting the deep fraternal ties between the Saudi and Iraqi peoples, and the attendees’ appreciation for Consul Al-Naqshbandi’s character. During his tenure, he was known for his active diplomatic presence and exceptional interpersonal engagement, leaving a lasting and positive impression on the community.
