strengthen its core technology and payment infrastructure to support the next phase of digital
payments, including agentic commerce and AI driven payment experiences.
“FY26 was a year of investing in the capabilities that will support Juspay’s next phase of growth.
Our international payments business is scaling, and we are beginning to see traction across
markets. As we expand globally, we are also investing in AI as part of a broader strategy to build
new solutions for enterprises. Xyne is one example of this investment, bringing our experience
in building reliable, enterprise grade infrastructure to an open source AI platform,” said Sheetal
Lalwani, Co-founder & COO, Juspay.
“These investments have an impact on our near-term financials, but they are focused on
building long-term capabilities and creating sustainable value for our customers. As we scale
globally, our focus remains on investing in technology and talent while strengthening Juspay’s
position as a global payments company,” he added.
Juspay’s vision is centered around building open-source infrastructure that can operate across
markets. The company will continue to deepen its core payments capabilities, expand its
international presence and invest in open and interoperable infrastructure.
